BeLiebe Co., Ltd. has partnered with Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd. and Manabisha Mom Co., Ltd. to establish a guild at Station Ai (an open innovation hub in Nagoya) with the theme of " Well-being of working women ."
This guild is a co-creation platform that aims to create new services, products, and business models by bringing together diverse specialized knowledge and experience to address the life stages and career barriers, physical and mental changes, and social issues that working women face .
The first activity took place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Members shared their individual challenges and engaged in lively discussions about future efforts to solve these issues, making it a meaningful experience that embodied the members' sincere desire to tackle social issues.

Activity Policy
- 1. Dialogue: Monthly regular meetings for co-creative learning and practical knowledge sharing
- 2. Visualization: Converting dialogue and activity details into data and accumulating knowledge
- 3. Implementation: Implementing programs using venues such as STATION Ai
- 4. Reflection: Returning knowledge to the systems and culture of companies and startups, and implementing it in society
During the course of the activities, we plan to carry out a wide range of activities, including events, workshops, open innovation, industry-government-academia collaboration, and PR activities.
Recruitment of participants
This guild is looking for people who want to contribute to society by improving the well-being of working women. We especially welcome people who fit the following criteria:
- Those who are developing businesses related to the theme or who are interested in new businesses and open innovation
- Those who feel there are issues with women's well-being at their companies or organizations and want to work to improve it
- Those who wish to conduct demonstration experiments and networking
- Men are also welcome to participate (those who are able to listen to women's voices and work together to promote the project)
Activities will be held on STATION Ai and online, and children can also participate (advance registration required).
