Number of visitors to the booth

Approximately 200 people visited our booth over the three days. Many of the companies had researched our company beforehand, and most of them had the opportunity to speak with us for 20 to 30 minutes.

BeLiebe's booth

Under the theme of "Are you struggling to create a comfortable working environment for female employees?", we introduced the egg testing kit "EggU" and " Fmaj," a women's health management support service for corporations that was just released on February 20, 2024.

The truth and pretenses of companies and women

For companies, it's about "supporting the advancement of female employees." For women, it's about "wanting to be active at work!" Of course, this is the ideal, and it's something that both companies and women would like to achieve, but unfortunately, it's not easy to achieve, and both companies and female employees have worries they find difficult to voice out loud that stand in the way of realizing their ideals .

At the booth, we prepared "Honne/Tatemae Sheets" and asked visitors to place a sticker on the "Honne" that resonated with them. Questions such as "Business Effects" that companies are concerned about, "What should we do to promote women's participation in the workforce?", and "Pregnancy Limits" that women are concerned about, and "I end up overdoing it in a male-dominated workplace" were some of the concerns that visitors who placed stickers on the sheets expressed their agreement, saying things like "I know what you mean!" and "Yes, this is so true!"

Once again, I felt the importance of listening to people's true feelings and working together to solve problems .

encounter

Over the three days, I was blessed with many wonderful encounters and valuable honest conversations with many people.

In addition to companies that have resonated with our service and decided to introduce it, we also had other exhibitors who spoke about the future they envision, such as "I want to create a society where people, including women, can work happily," "I want to support women's success through the power of art," and "I want to be there for women's concerns."

We would like to express our gratitude once again to the event organizers for facilitating this encounter, and we will cherish this opportunity and work hard to contribute to creating a society where women who are struggling to balance their careers and personal lives can thrive through our services.
