J-StarX Medtech Course Overview
This course, conducted in collaboration with Medtech Actuator, an Australian-based healthcare accelerator with operations in major countries around the world, analyzes the world's major healthcare markets, develops the optimal global expansion strategy for products, and aims to build a community with key players in the global ecosystem, including Australia. The program aims to provide participants with the knowledge and market understanding necessary for business growth, individual mentoring from experts in each field, and the opportunity to build relationships with universities and research institutions, investors, and future customers around the world. The program is divided into two phases:
Phase 1: Market Validation & Leadership
BeLiebe was selected for this Phase 1 program, which will involve intensive courses to develop the skills necessary for business model creation and business growth. The program will include an ecosystem tour to Melbourne, where participants will visit local CROs, universities, research institutes, hospitals, etc., as well as participate in networking events.
