On June 17, 2025, BeLiebe Inc. , the operating company of EggU, and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MSI") jointly held a seminar for MSI employees entitled "By understanding your current body, we can create a society where everyone can realize their own career and life - First think about yourself and those around you." The seminar was held in a hybrid format, combining online and offline sessions, with a total of 47 employees participating.
To give each individual choice: Providing opportunities to think about the issue as if it were their own problem
MSI promotes DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and planned this seminar as a way to provide participants with an opportunity to think about what they can do for themselves and those around them , so that everyone can achieve the career and life that suits them best.
The person in charge shared the following thoughts about the background to this event:
"As part of our social contribution activities, we wanted to provide an opportunity for women to learn about their own bodies and think about their careers and lives. We also wanted to provide an opportunity for them to get to know their colleagues and partners in the workplace, and even to take that first step, so we held this seminar."
In order to change society for the better, we must first start by thinking about ourselves and the people around us. With this in mind, the theme was " knowing your current body, " and the content placed more emphasis on awareness and learning for each individual.
In the first part of the seminar, BeLiebe introduced the voices and backgrounds of women who are struggling to balance their careers and personal lives, which is a social issue that the company is addressing.
At the same time, we also shared real opinions from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance employees, providing an opportunity for participants to think about what they would do if they were in that situation .
Panel discussion: "What options are available to me and those around me?"
In the second part, a panel discussion was held with two female employees from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance who had participated in training at BeLiebe, one of whom had actually used "EggU."
From each perspective, they spoke about their own awareness of their own bodies and careers, and how they can support those around them .
Many participants commented, "This is not just an issue for women. It's something we should all know when it comes to supporting the lives of those around us, including our partners, subordinates, colleagues, and family members."
Knowing this will change your future actions
In the survey conducted after the seminar, we received the following feedback:
- "I learned for the first time that there is technology called egg count testing that can be done at home."
- "Knowing the background of the system and support will help me think about my career with peace of mind."
- "It gave me a chance to stop and think again."
- "Even if I thought something was unrelated to me, by learning about it, I felt I could look around me and think about what I could do."
In particular, many people responded that they "wanted to take some kind of action," such as "I thought I'd take this opportunity to look into it" or "I thought I'd talk to my partner about it."
Learning this information seemed to give them the motivation to take action .
A representative from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance also commented on the reaction to the seminar, saying the following:
"We received feedback from a wide range of age groups and genders, saying that the program helped them learn from a variety of different perspectives.
I feel that all participants took the training personally, giving them an opportunity to think about their future careers and lives, and also leading to a better understanding of employees and their families."

The participants' comments made it clear that it was a time when they felt the importance of "knowing" and the need to have a perspective of "being close to someone's life. " BeLiebe will continue to work closely with each individual to realize a society where individuals and organizations can think about and choose the career and life that suits them best .
