Online counselling allows you to speak to a counsellor from the comfort of your own home or wherever you like, whenever you like.
We not only cater to those who are clearly suffering from menopausal symptoms, but also to those who are unsure if they are in menopause but are feeling unwell, those who want to know what can be done to prevent menopause, those who are unsure whether they should see a doctor, and other people with a variety of menopausal-related concerns. (Please note that we do not provide diagnostic services.)
