This is a counseling ticket for those who have had their counseling session canceled while using EggU and would like to purchase an additional session.

🔸How to use🔸

① Please purchase from the purchase screen. You will receive an order confirmation email.

②Once your purchase is confirmed, we will send you a message to your LINE friend to make a counseling appointment.

③Please follow the instructions in ② to make a counseling appointment.

📌Please note that we are unable to provide medical diagnosis.

📌The ticket must be used within three months of purchase , so please use it before the expiration date.

🔸About changing or canceling counseling dates and times🔸
If you have booked a counseling session with a counselor and wish to change the date and time or cancel , please contact us at least three hours before the scheduled time . If you change or cancel within three hours of the scheduled time, or if you cancel without contacting us in advance, you will be required to purchase a new counseling ticket. Also, if five minutes have passed since the start of the session without prior notice, the counselor will leave the room and the session will be considered canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
