●What is AMH?
AMH is an abbreviation for "Anti-Müllerian hormone." It is secreted in large amounts from developing follicles (the sacs surrounding the eggs) and is thought to reflect the number of eggs in the body, so it is also called "ovarian reserve." A notable feature of AMH is that its value does not change much during the menstrual cycle and can be measured at any time.

Simply prick your fingertip with a lancet (needle), collect a small amount of blood (65μL) from your fingertip, and then mail it in the return envelope to a testing lab via a postbox inside a convenience store or other location. This is all it takes to perform a highly accurate test.
