Hello.
As a marketing director, I am currently working to bring EggU to many women, the people around them who support women, and companies, as well as developing new businesses that will further increase the value of EggU.
My encounter with EggU
I first came across EggU when I quit my previous job and started a business that wasn't going well, and was approached by Haruna Shiga, CEO of BeLiebe Inc. , the company that operates EggU.
The problems I faced myself
What am I really? When I was struggling and unsure about what I wanted to do, Haruna told me, " I want to create a society where more women don't have to put up with things , and to achieve that, I think it's important for women who want to work hard at both work and child-rearing to feel that they can do both ," and I remember this really resonating with me.
I joined a medical startup venture as a new graduate and gained experience in a wide range of positions, from launching new businesses to customer service, marketing, branding, and public relations. However, there was a time when I felt anxious that I had not developed any particular strengths.
Also, at the time I was vaguely worried about when I would be able to marry my partner, so I resonated with EggU's service and Haruna's philosophy and decided to join.
The need for EggU: a firsthand experience
In my previous job, I was very interested in increasing the health options available to women and enjoyed my work, but as the years went by, I began to think seriously about my life, and I heard about this business (EggU) just as I was struggling with how to handle life events and my career, so I think a big factor in my decision was that I thought this was a service that the world needed .
To the person who was struggling at the time, and to women who have the same worries
I would like to provide our users with a service that allows women who want to work hard at both work and child-rearing to do both without giving up and forcing themselves to do so , just as I did when I was struggling in the past.

She is responsible for planning measures to raise awareness of EggU and its corporate health management support services, as well as developing new businesses to increase the value of the services provided. Having faced a " quarter-life crisis " herself, she joined EggU out of a desire to help women with the same concerns. In her personal life, she is married and balances her work and personal life at her own pace.
